and make an impact on someone's life with Sue Lambert Trust

Your support matters

Sexual abuse devastates lives.

Experiencing the trauma of rape, sexual assault and domestic abuse leaves a lasting impact and is truly devastating for the person, their family, and friends.

We aim to be there for every person who has reached out for our support, but sadly, demand continues to climb. New people contact us daily.

Generous individuals and organisations, those who fundraise and pledge donations, enable Sue Lambert Trust’s to continue.

Whatever your reason for deciding to fundraise, we want to say a heartfelt thank you!

Your support really will make a significant difference to someone else’s life.

There are so many possibilities available when it comes to fundraising. In fact the list is endless.

To help you on your fundraising journey here are a few ideas…

Sporting Challenges

Run, walk, swim, jump out of a plane – there are endless ways to set yourself a sporty challenge for Sue Lambert Trust.  Discover Adventure and Global Adventure Challenges offer pre-planned fundraising trips around the world. Or; if you would prefer to stay closer to home, take part in a local 10k or marathon, or even bounce your way around an inflatable obstacle course.

Events

Get friends, family and colleagues together to host a fundraiser event. From BBQ’s, bake sales and bake offs; to tea and coffee mornings, quiz nights and ‘Come Dine with Me’ style dinners, there are lots of way to have fun while you fundraise. Or for an individual event, could you challenge yourself to an ice bath, sit in a tub of baked beans, shave all your hair off or get others to attempt a bushtucker style trial!?

Host an Event

Corporate Support

Make Sue Lambert Trust your charity of the year and organise some teambuilding and fundraising charity challenges at work. Host a dress down day or bake sale, organise a quiz night, challenge teams to see who can fundraise the most and match fund as an incentive for the winners. Or; gift a portion of sales from a product or service.   So many ways to support us at Sue Lambert Trust.

Make us your Charity

In Celebration

Birthdays, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, civil partnerships, a donation in memory of a loved one, your Zakat ul Fitr, retirements and graduations – mark a special occasion or a special person by raising funds in support of survivors of sexual or domestic abuse.

How to collect donations

Facebook Fundraising

If you use Facebook then this is a great way to collect donations and get your family, friends and networks to support you. What’s more Facebook ensures charities receive 100% of all money raised.

To simply set up your fundraiser from Facebook, click on fundraisers, then raise money. You can then find and select Sue Lambert Trust as your nominated charity and invite people to donate to us directly.

Set up a Facebook Fundraiser

Just Giving

Another way is to set up your fundraise on Just Giving (our preferred donation platform). Set up your own individual free account, along with your fundraiser and link this across to Sue Lambert Trust (we are listed on there). Share this on all your social and invite people to donate via this platform.

Just Giving will also organise all the Gift Aid claims from your donations on our behalf.
