Informal support groups

Our regular programme of informal self-help groups provide a safe, supportive and kind space for clients to meet and talk.

Many clients attend our groups alongside their course of therapy or counselling at Sue Lambert Trust, while others choose to join a group once their counselling sessions have drawn to a close.

By attending group sessions, clients are empowered to build resilience, rediscover confidence and find a release through art, craft, writing, music and many other activities, providing a way to express and process past events.

Many of these group sessions are led by our clients.

Regular informal group sessions also provide an opportunity to meet up and talk in a safe, supportive space.

For as long as our clients need us, Sue Lambert Trust is here.
