Groundwork Programme Manager

Our Groundwork Programme has been running at Sue Lambert Trust for almost two years with the continued aim of preparing and supporting people who have experience sexual abuse or violence for our therapeutic services.  This currently means managing a small team of support workers addressing practical needs of our client group, psychoeducational programme developing strategies to understand and manage the symptoms of trauma both in person and online.

We are looking for someone who sits easily as a manager alongside understanding of trauma and the need for a therapeutic approach.  We are a trauma aware organisation where our clients remain firmly at the centre of all of our considerations.

Partnership Officer

Sue Lambert Trust, Rowan Project (Watton), 1:1 Project (King’s Lynn) and Brave Futures have received funding that focuses on developing closer methods of working to provide greater choice and capacity for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, self starter to co-ordinate and support the partnership in developing closer ways of working together. It is anticipated that these will cover clinical assessments, reporting methods, sharing capacity and opportunities for the benefit of our mutual client group.

You will be required to co-ordinate and minute meetings, responsible for actions and follow up, researching, gathering reporting on the funding and liaise with the wider teams of each organisation to develop the partnership. Deputy Clinical Lead (Gt Yarmouth)

Our Deputy Clinical Leads are key to providing a supportive and safe environment for our counselling team and our clients.  As Deputy Clinical Lead you will part of the ‘go to’ team for any enquiries about the therapeutic provision at Sue Lambert Trust.  You will be not only be a qualified counsellor but also have keen focus on finding resolutions to issues or challenges.  You will receive a supportive environment, a generous annual leave allowance, clinical supervision as well as ongoing training.  Applications by CV and Covering Letter to recruitment@suelamberttrust.org.
