If you are looking for support please call 01603 622406.

Our services are in high demand and we are helping as many people as possible as quickly as we can. We release assessments and counselling slots as and when they become available on a rolling basis. Although there may be some availability each week, this is not always the case. If we can't offer you an assessment immediately when you call, we will ask you to check in again the following week.

You can also find lots of helpful advice, information and other places that may be able to support you on our looking for support page. Please do call us for advice and signposting if you would like to discuss your situation with a member of our team, while we may not be able to support you immediately, please know we are here to help and you are not alone.

and ready to listen

For anyone in Norfolk who has experienced sexual violence or sexual abuse, we are here.

If you are struggling, and would like to find a way forward, please talk to us. While we may not be able to help immediately, making that first step to reach out is so important.

Whether your trauma happened a long while ago, in childhood or in recent times, our team will listen without judgement and help you find the support, counselling or therapy you need.

We understand that making contact with us for the very first time can be challenging, daunting and nerve wracking.

But it’s also an incredibly positive move forwards.

Below we have listed all the ways to reach out to us.

To talk to our team, in confidence, please call 01603 622406.

Our doors at Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich and Great Yarmouth are open. Please call us to make an appointment.

Please be aware that unfortunately our services remain in high demand, with lots of people contacting us for support.

At times, we may not be able to offer an assessment straight away. We know this can be frustrating but please keep trying. We may ask you to call back again the following week to ask if an assessment space has become available.

Please know that we aim to be there for anyone that needs us, as soon as possible.

If you are in immediate crisis, please call 111 and select option 2 for the NHS First Response service.
