Buy locally made crafts while supporting Sue Lambert Trust at our new Craft Fair this February.

We will be hosting a new craft fair in Norwich this month, and would love to see lots of our supporters there.

The Sue Lambert Trust Craft Fair takes place at St Mary’s Works in Norwich on Sunday 9th February and is free to attend from 10.30am until 4pm.

More than 30 local crafters have booked stalls, selling artisan goods including pottery, jewellery, hand-spun yarn, crystal candles, wax melts, prints and lots more.

The event takes place during Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week (5 – 11 February) and aims to raise much-needed funds for our Norfolk-based charity. All proceeds will help us to continue providing specialist, professional support for people who have experienced sexual abuse and sexual violence.

We host craft groups as part of our therapeutic support services

Our outreach worker, Kate Hicks, came up with the idea and has organised the event.

Kate says; “We hope lots of  people will attend our first craft fair, shop from the talented stallholders, and take time to learn why the support we provide at Sue Lambert Trust is so vital and life-changing for hundreds of people living in Norfolk.

“Our brilliant local community of artists, artisan makers and crafters from Norwich have come together to show they support what we do, and that they believe therapeutic services for sexual abuse survivors is essential.  We’d love to see a big, friendly crowd of shoppers turn out on the day, to support these small, independent businesses. You’ll be able to buy unique handcrafted items from Norwich makers, while helping to raise money for our charity and the vital work we do to support survivors living in Norfolk.

“Like so many charities, we’re facing funding challenges and need public support to help us continue delivering specialist, professional counselling and support services so that victims can start to heal.”

The Sue Lambert Trust Craft Fair is on Sunday 9th February 10.30am – 4pm at St Mary’s Works, St Mary’s Plain, Norwich NR3 3AF.

Free to attend.

As not all stallholders will be able to accept card payments on the day, visitors are advised to bring cash too.

Murtle and Thyme will be one of the stallholders
