Sue Lambert Trust are supporting Norwich Pride this year as an ally.
We have changed our logo to show our support this Pride month. We pledge that our organisation will be a safe, welcoming and friendly place for LGBT+ customers, supporters and staff.
We will visibly support and promote equality for LGBT+ people, challenge homophobic and transphobic behaviour, and have a clear reporting mechanisms for harassment and discrimination through our diverse staff and counsellor team.
We will ensure our staff are trained to understand the experiences of LGBT+ people and how to be proactive ally.
